SCOTTISH REUNION.

LONDON, April 8. The Duke of Argyll, in a letter approving of a general appeal to the Scottish public to support the reunion says he rejoices that efforts are beingmade to terminate the outward forms of separation. JBalfour, Mr Bonar Law and 1,157 Peers and Commoners and other influential Scotsmen have signed an appeal to Scotland on the subject of re-union.
