French acts of sabotage are reported from the Western Railway. In one., instance the sleepers, for a stretch of seventy-feet along the .line, were deliberately unscrewed. Anarchist literature has been found on the spot". Th, c expresses narrowly escaped destruction. One was derailed, the passengers escaping with a severe shaking. Seventy-five telegraph \s-ires at Brest were cut.
