General. — The examination of this school has once again afforded me very great satisfaction. There is a g(sod tone in > the school and th e exceptionally neat and well written papers handed in by the pupils testified plainly to the fact that a thorough ly successful year's work . has been accomplished by the teachers. The geography, recitation, English and spellings of standard VI. were specially good,' while*, the /work of standard V. was almost as praiseworthy. Standards I and 11. under Miss Dowlinjr did very good work in arithmetic and writing, and excellent in spelling and excellent in spelling and recitation. The primer -classes also were well advanced in their work. Discipline, very good. Order, attention and manners, very good. E. A. SCOTT. INSPECTOR. ' • • I
