Court reserved to 'deliver judgment in the important case arising out of the late local option roll at the 1907 election. The Leichhardt electors voted for reduction at the' la/sit election Jand reserved decision regarding those who voted for con-: tinuance. The point at .issue is whether the last nullified, the previous VQ-i; giving hotels voted out in 1907 the right to keep open. The case test altogether shows 172 hotels are affected, representing property valued at nearly £100,b00. " f l ' '
