Roll; 92; present 86. Teacher, Miss Hargreaves, assisted" by Mr Mo-iayty. Very satisfactory and effective work is being done at this school in Stds. 11, I and Upper Primer class. In Stds. I and 11, reading .is fair; •arithmetic and singing, satisfactory; recitation, good and. spelling, excellent. The scholars have a good know- " ledge of the geography of their surroundings. The condition of the lower Primer ; classes is not so satisfactory. The children are noisy and !i siless, and there is not that quiet fhm- - ness of control which "is necessary to ensure effective teaching. Order and discipline in Stds. I and II are excellent. E. A.
