PENSIONS IN FRANCE.

(Red 10 p.m) PARIS, Jan 27. A debate in the Chamber of Deputies on a Workmen's Pension Bill, showed that twelve million people would benefit. Contributions will be obligatory on both men and women earning below ai hundred and twenty poudns sterling, but pensions, ,supplemeted \by a State grant, could , be secured by those earning below two hundred a year.
