STILL DISORDERLY.

Mr Birrell is confined to his bed, as the result of v the assault by the suffragettes.
The Home Secretary is not prosecuting in cases of simple obstructions b it is taking proceedings in cases of rhalicious damages.
Early to-day, which was foggy, the 'suffragettes attacked the Premjiieri's '■•residence iw&tih 'gftonie/S! and 1 weights and. smashed the lower windows Some were arrested.
