In 'the Assembly the Treasurer is moving u the second reading of the Land Tax .Bill' estimated . to jdeld two hundred and six thousand pounds The Government siatisvician's report on the superannuation proposals estimates the contribution by Government with a service of fifteen thousand persons, to be about sixty five thousand pounds annually when the scheme has been in operation for ten years. \ In 20 years it will be increased to £09,000, and in 50 years to £107,000, remaining at 'that figure so long as the ..members of the service do not exceed 15,000.
