NEW YORK, Nov. 22
Mexicans are enlisting hostile Yaque Indians to aid in insurrection against the Government.. United States troops will be despatched to the border of Texas in the event of invasion. All American women have been ordered to keep off the streets of Chihuahua, Mexico, in order to save them selves from insults. • Mexican Americans are leaving for home. The situation is strained. Gomez Palacio with seven thousand inhabitants has been overpowered. Mexico city is cut off from telegraph communication. .A report has been received of the resumption of riots amongst the Pueblos Indians. Thirty are dead . The associated press has leased a wire from Caredo to Monterey. Mexico city has been commandeered'by the Mexican Government on the plea of military urgency. Riots, are also reported at Zacatecas and also at Torxeon. ,
