It was stated that Grosse was n victim to the drug habit, acquired when employed- as a dentist. ; . He was in the habit of injectiaig cocaine and morphine, and when under *he influence' of the drug was in a «.«te of abnormal excitement, leading bun to undue physical activity, while his moral standards were destroyed. When arrested Grosse. had a loaded revolver in his pocket,. and at Hsresidence the police found -a jemmy and electric borer, adapted for opening safes. ■_ -•
