A TRAMWAY STRIKE.
Per Press Association — Copyright. (Reed. 9.5 p.m.) PERTH, July 21. The Tramway employees ceased work as a protest against the Arbitration award. They demand an ad vanced rate on that fixed by the Arbi Oration Court. The London directors of tihe com--pany replied ■ that as they- had -appealed to the Arbitration Court they must aibide by its decision. 120 ■men are affected. :
