At the annual meeting of tho Roefton School Committee, 'the fol'owmg were elected the committeo for the year: — Messrs H. Cooper, D Pankhurst ? J. Banks, H. Castlos, J. Noble, E J. A new tootball ground has recently been laid off in the oval immediately m front of the grandstand, so that the grandstand can now be availed of by pa trons f who will be able to enjoy and follow the game with belter comfort* than hitherto.
