WEATHER REPORT.
The local weather report yesterday was: _Wdnd, east, light; barometer, 30.35; thermometer, 50 degrees; tides moderate; bar smooth. The Rev D. Bates (Government Meteorologist) wired at noon yesterday as follows: —
"Expect easterly moderate, but nor therly moderate to strong winds; winds freshening after ten hours; expect unsettled and cloudy weather increasing; glass little movement, but glass 'fall' after ten hours; sea moderat, tides good."
