De Stournelles and D& Constant, dip lomatist and delegate 'to the Hague conference, heading a deputation to Mr Rooseve?t in Paris urged him to continue his useful indative and facilitate the International programme arrangements prior to the third Hague conference. - > Mr Roosevelt replied that he was merely a private individual 1 and exstatesman, but he was in entire agree with themselves concerning! the necessity of a third conference.
