Mr BaMour, in addressing the Prim roso League at Ai'bert Hall, denounced rho Veto proposals a^ a revoluntlonary attempt to mako the majority oi the House of Commons, however, it could be produced, the absolute master of the constitution from the Sovereign downward. The Government did not bargain with tho. li\zh. but simply hinted that if the Budget was passed they would offer up to them the King and the constitution, delivered into their hands. The Government were using the financial machinery of the country for the purpose of making it impossible for the people to b© consulted if the present machination to coerce the King failed.
