THE OPPOSITION CAMPAIGN.
, PAHIATUA, Sep. 1. Mr.'Massey and Mr James Allen were accorded an enthusiastic reception at the Olympic Theatre last night. The building was crowded, many having come a long distance to be present. Both speakers dealt generally with the policy of the administration of the Government, which they condemned as being inimical to the interest of the country. Both speeches were punctuated with frequent bursts of applause and at the close, of the meeting Messrs Massey and Allen were heartily cheered.
