JURY DISAGREED

INVERCARGILL, Feb. 28. The jury, disagreed in the Lloyd manslaughter case, eleven favoring acquittal and one hotdfrig out for conviction. Bail was fixed Lloyd £200, and one surety of .£i00. % The Crown prosecutor intimated that he would make representations to the Government, at whose discretion he had instituted the prosecution.
