PARALYTIC SEIZURE.
NAPIER, Nov. 4. Another of Napier's old identities, Mr Cooper, a well, known architect, passed away on Saturday ievening, the result of a paralytic seizure. .He was 82 years of age. He :; ;c)ime to the colony in the very earjy days and participated in several^: :gold rushes before settling down to "the practice of his profession.
