WELLINGTON, Nov. 4. . The Arbitration Court to-day dealt with a breach of .privilege in publisht ing a newspaper article upon a dist pute which -was before the Concilia- . tion Board. The article in question , appeared in the Taihage Post, and re- . jatedto the dispute between the Wel- : hngton; Timiber Yards and Sawmill i Industrial Union, and James Adamson and other employees.
