CALCUTTA, Oct 28 . Pandu Upadhya, editor of the newspaper Sandliya, arrested for sedition, died in the hospital after an operaration. There was a great demonstra tiori at his funeral; at the burning bf the body at the Ghat, where his ashes were eagerly .collected.
