The Loan Bill was brought down by Governor's message and Avas read a first time. v The Noxious Weeds Act Amendment Bill was being discussed in committee .when the House acljoiirncd at. 5-30 p.m. On resuming at 7.30 p.m. The Noxious Weeds Act Amendment Bill was furtfor considered in committee. An amendment to include Auckland in the operations of the bill' was agreed to. .Mr Hcke moved a further amendment to limit the operations of the bill to the Nelson. Land Dstrict and Auckland city.
