(Reed. 25th, io. 37 p.m.) LONDON, July 25. * Lord Curzon, ' previoulsy Viceroy of India, in a speech before the Grocers Company said that the unrest in fnma is only skin deep and is not -alarming •if it is treated with firmness and patience.
