SHOOTING TEAMS' ALLOWANCE.
LONDON July 124. Mr Buchanan, Financial Secretary of the Army Council, replying in the House of Commons, to a question by Mr G. ;L. Courthope (Conservative members for Tye) promised to enquire whether the Colonial Governments granted a separate allowance to-non-commissioned officers and 'men composing ' their representative shooting teams visiting "England. He added that the National Rifle Association would bear the entire oost of the 'visit of the British iteam to the colonies.
