ANOTHER RAILWAY ACCIDENT.
CHRISTCHURCH. April 24. A serious railway accident occurred at the Belfast railway station to-day. Mrs Jordan, who is 72 years of age, was standing on the platform when a train came in and from some cause, which does not seem to have been noticed by the bystanders, she fell towards the train and was severely crushed between it and the kerbinjr of the platform. She was brought to the Christchurch hospital, ■and it was found that .one of her arms and several ribs were broken, and that she had sustained severe scalp wounds. Baldness is curable.
