The Minister for Justice states that the Government has not yet obtained sufficient evidence to warrant them in applying for the arrest and extradition of McLntyre, but an officer is specially detached to make enquiries and tihe result will be known this evening. If sufficient evidence is obtained a cable would be at once sent.
