BUSINESS RE-ARRANGEMENT
NSPIER, Feb. 28. The old-established firm of C. B. Hoadley and Son, land and estate agents,, here, was yesterday converted into a private company, the shares offered being considerably over-sub-scribed. .The members of the new company consist of some of the most influential and wealthy settlers of Hawke ? s Bay. C. B, Hoa£iey and H. V. Hp.adley have "become managing directors.- ~ ;
