The Employers Parliamentary Coun cil urge the House of Lords jo ?.j«end the Trades Disputes Bill by limitii!S picketers to three and confining them tq the neighbourhood of the persons business of employment whare 'he cTis pute " arises. The council suggest other safeguards and also urge, in re gard to the liability of trade- union fundsj the restoration ov Walton's original fhird <and fourth clauses.
