The Editor will be pleased at all ' times to receive letters on important public questions. Communications should be as brief as possible, should be couched in moderate language, and should be written on one side of the paper only. Correspondents must forward full name and address,, not necessarily for publication, but jis a guarantee of good faith. We do not identify ourselves with the opinions expressed in letters to the editor All literary communications should be addressed "The Editor"; letters on business matters should be addressed '■' The Manager."
