The Editor will be pleased 'at .all times fo receive letters on important public questions. Communications, should be as brief as possible, should be couched in moderate language, and should be written on one side of the paper only. Correspondents must forward full name and address, not necessarily for publication, but as a guarantee of good faith. We do not identify ourselves with, the opinion* expressed in letters to the editor All literary Communications should be addressed " The Editor " ; letters on business matters, should be addressed " The Manager."
