THE TRANSVAAL CONSTITUTION.
LONDON, March 29.
Sir Henry Campbell-Bannerman , stated that the Government would decide on the constitution for the Transvaal and Orangia, and Parliament would have ample opportunity for expressing an opinion thereon at the proper time.
