In sailing races, each entry must be accompanied with the name, length, overall, beam, performances, together with the area of sail. In pair-oarod and sculling races the name and dimensions of boat, with colors, must accompany each entry. Each boat in the sailing races to carry a flag at tho peak. First-class, blue flag, second-class, white flag. All protests shall be made in writing to the Committee within two hours after arrival at the winning post, accompanied by a deposit of ss, which shall be forfeited should the Committee consider the protest frivolous. The decision of the Committee shall in all eases be final. Events Nol and 2 to be sailed under the Xc«- York Yachting rules.
