(Received at 10 10 p. m.) L«nuow, July 31. Conßtantinide, a Givok jiei chant, petitioned for a divorce from the daughter of the late Stephen Rolli. The lady, who is very rich, obtained a divorce in Dakott and mavried Dr Lance. The jury found that the respondent, co-respondent and petitioner all were guilty of misconduct and assessed the damages at L 25.500. 'Justice Jpune reserved judgmenfa oa the peinb whether tbe petitioner's Hdultery justified him in dismissing the petition.
