Duffy's Funeral
(per press association.) (by electric telegraph— copyright) (Received at 1 30 a m.) London, March 9. Duffy's funeral was a striking demonstration. The streets were full of sympathetic spectators and the procession was a mile and a half long, including representatives of the Corporations of Dublin, Cork and Drogheda, delegates from most of the Public Bodies in Ireland, especially from MonaghaD, and rep esentativea of the literary, political, trade societies, Foresters, Athletic Club", the Lord Mayor of Dublin and the Councillors wera present in their robes, also Bswonde, Dillon, T Healey and several other Commoners. Major Dobbyn represented Victoria, Dean Hogarty, Davitt and a large number
of the Clergy wei\i present The Archbishop sent a carriage, as he was unable to att nd personally. Two thousand of the Catholic Boys' Brigade headed the procession. Two daughters and tluee of Duffy'* sons were present. The officers of the United li'i-ih League draped in a number of wreaths, including a magnificent one sent by the Memorial Committee.
