An individual suddenly handed the Grand Duke Nicholas of Russia, near Shipeka, where he went in connection with the opening of the memorial church, a petition representing the Macedonian Committee and p; ay ing that the Czar would intervene to secure an amelioration of the condition of the Bulgarians.
