(PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.) [HV KOUCTaiC TMLKIRA.PH— ODPyiUIHT (Received Dec 17, at 1 am.) Constantinople, December 16. Three Bulgarian soldiers strayed across the Turkish frontier in a fog. The Turks beheaded one and sent the district authorities the head, alleging that ifc was thafc of a rebel.
