Thomas looked, and said he could see nothing and that witness must be mistaken. Witness said if it was a train he would see it as he came into the straight on which they were running, but saw no light whatever. The engine seempd to rise up in front of them and he could see no light on ih This was after travelling about a. quarter of a mile after he supposed he had seen the train light.
