[per press association] DUNEDIIC, AugUlt23. At the inquest on the body of the man tun over by a train the evidence went to show that the body wail that of Patrick Halley, who has sisters at Temuka and Invercargill. It is surmised that as the train was standing on the
street for seme time deceased attempted to cross over the couplings between two trucks, and fell when the train started again. The rerdict was that fthe man was supposed to be Patrick Halley and was killed by a tr<un, and that no blame was attachable to aayone.
