A VILLAGE BLACKSMITH SAVED HIS LITTLE SON'S LI^E. "~ Mr H H Black, the well known village blacksmith at Grahamsville, Sullivan Co, NY says: "Our little son, five years old, has always been subject to croup, and so bad have the attacks been that we . have feared many times that he would die. We have had the. doctor and used many medicines, but Chamberlain's Cough Remedy is now our sole reliance. It seems to dissolve the tough mucus and by giving frequent doses when fcho croupy symptoms appear we have found that the dreaded croup is cured before it gets settled." There is no danger in 'giving this remedy, for it contains np opium or other injurious drug and may be given as confidently to a babe as to an adult. For sale by H Williams, Chemist, Greymouth. It Happened in a -Drug 1 Store. "One day last winter a lady came to my drug store and asked for a brand of cough medicine that "I did not have in stock," says Mr C R Grandin, the popular druggist of Ontario, N Y. "She was disappointed and wanted to know what cough preparation I could recommend. I said to her that I could freely recommend Chamberlain's Cough Remedy acd that she could take a bottle of the remedy and after giving it a fair trail if she did not find it worth the money to bring back the bottle and I would refund the price paid. In the course of a day or two the lady came back in company with a friend in need of a cough medicine and advised her to buy a bottle of Chamberlain's cough remedy." The remedy owes its great popularity and extensive sale in a large measure to the . personal recommendations of i people who have been cured by its use It is for sale by H Williams, Chemist, Greymouth. HOW TO TREAT A TROUBLESOME CORN. A corn plaster should be worn for a few days, to protect it from the- shoe. As a general liniment for sprains, bruises, lameness and rheumatism, Pain Balm is un equalled. For sale by H.
