The Eastern Difficulty
The China Indemnity Scheme [per press association.] [by electric telegraph—COPYßlGHT.] (Received April 28, at 4 29 p.m.) London, April 27. The London Standard's Berlin correspondent says that there are indications that immediately China^guafan-tees-4 per cent interest each Power will raise a loan equivalent to its indemnity.
