London, April 30. M Poleologue", of the official French Foreign Office, accuses the War office of falsifying fresh documents in the Dreyfus dossier, and also deliberately upholding the wrong rendering of a telegram sent by Colonel Pannizarde, the Italian Attache at Paris, asking the Italian Government to deny having relations with Dreyfus if none existed, although the War Office was informed of the correct interpretation of the telegram. He exculpates Dreyfus.
