RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. Night of General Entry, Saturday. 12th March, 1892. 2. All nominations and acceptances must be made in writing, addressed to the Secretary, at the Albion Hot^l, Greymouth, and contain .full, amount of entrance money (otherwise the nomination wil! not be received), description, and age of howe, with account of previous performances, and colors to be worn by the jockey. 3. All stakes paid less 5 pec cent. The races will be run under the Rule 3of Racing, 1891. 4. No entry will be received unless upon the distinct understanding that the decision of tha Stewards shal in all cases be final, and all law proceedings barred. 5. All horses must bo ridden in colors. 6. In the event of any person entering a protest, the sum of £2 must be lodged with the Secretary befora such protest is considered. 7. Acceptances on all handicaps made on the course will be received not later than 15 minutes after the declaration of the weights has been made. 8.
