All Nominations and Acceptances muat be made in writing addressed to the Secretary, and contain fall amount of entrance money (otherwise the nomination will not be received), description and age of horae ; with account of previoua performances, and colors to be worn by the jockey. 3. All stakes paid less 5 per cent. The races will be run under tha Rules of Racing, 1889. 4. No entry will be received unless upon the distinct understanding that the decision of the Stewarda shall in all casea be final, and all law proceedings barred. 5. All horses must be ridden in colors. 6. In the event of a person entering a protest, the sam of L 2 must be lodged with the Secretary before auch protest ia considered. 7. Acceptances on all handicaps made on the course will be received not later than 15 minutea after the declaration of the weighta has been made. 8.
