Application 904, Robert Millson, by his •gent W. Duncan, applied to purohaae his agricultural lease in Teremakau River Valley. Adjourned for one month for production of leaae and for report from Chief Commiaaloner. — Mr Matheaon drew the attention of the board to the fact that numerona applications had been made to him concerning the unsatisfactory positions of householders of sections In Grey coal reaerve holding leases issued for the firat two sales of Dobaon sections and in which the alterations had been made.— The board informed Mr Mathe&on that the partial concerned should represent the matter to the board in writing, when a method of relief could be recommended to the Minister of Lands, under whose direction! the alterations had been made. Application 897, Brunner Rifle Volunteers by their agent A. B. King— for reserve for rifle range. — Consideration deferred for Chief Commissioner's report. Application 903, A. J. Chamberlain, by his agent T. Browne — for mineral lease of 100 acres at Mount Rangitoto, was refused owing to previoue application being granted.
