The small-pox patients at Sorrento are progressing favorably. No fresh cases are reported. SIR HENRY PARKIS' MINISTRY. Sydney, January 17. Sir Henry Parkes is engaged in forming a Ministry. It is not yet completed, but Vi far as is known it wiU be composed of the following members : — Sir Henry Parkes, Premier and Colonial Secretary. W.J. Foster, Attorney-General. The other membevs "whose officers have not yet been allotted are — G. H. Reid Francis Abigal J. N. Young W. Clarke J. Inglia G. A. LloyJ, and J. T. Tiurus. Parliament will be opened by commission to-moirow, and then adjourned for the re-election of Ministers. (Received January 18, at 3 p m.) January 18. Justice Giblin, who has been ill some time, died yesterday. RAILWAY ARRANGEMENTS. Melbourne, January 18. The express trains between Melbourne and Adelaide commence running tomorrow. By thfs means the mails between the two cities will bedelivered a day earlier than hitherto.
