Paths. January 14. The Chamber of Deputies resumed its sittings to-day. M. Floquet was re-elected president. In his speech on the occasion he alladed to the army as the first national institution which all partie3 agreed to at any sacrifice to strengthen, and secure the respect to France which is essential if peace is to be maintained.
