THE BARRIER ISLAND MURDERERS.

The pursuit of the two men supposed to be Caffrey and Perm continues. Eight policemen on foot disguised and two newspaper reporters mounted are ecouring the Waitakere Ranges, but they never sighted the men. Yesterday the police reached a settler's house just an hour and a-half after the suspects, but traces were again lost. From the Buspicious movements and positive identification by settlers, the police are confident that these are che murderers.
