ARRIVAL OF S.S. ALAMEDA.
Auckland, March 7. Arrived, Alameda, Morse, commander, from 'Frisco at 8 o'clock this morning. She left 'Frisco on February 14. The detention at Honolulu was 19£ hours. She spoke the Janet Nicoll, and was detained at Tutuila 7 hours. Time, 19 days 19 hours 46 minutes. Detention, 1 day 2 hours 25 minutes. Steaming time, 18 days 17 hours 21 minutes. Passengers for Auckland— Captain Street, Captain Bushell. Messrs Hetherington, Wakefield, Elemanin, Moore, Compton, Arvaine, Mrs Barker; 23 steerage. For Sydney — 23 saloon, 34 steerage. The Alameda sails for Sydney at midnight. Cardinal Moran and Bishop Murray are passengers. The s.s. Rotorua with the Southern 'Frisco mails sailed at four this afternoon, and takes a quantity of white fish eggs per Alameda.
