ACCIDENTAL DEATH.
At the inquest on William McLellan, who was killed on the Otago-Oentral Railway, the evidence showed that deceased slipped while levering a stone, and fell some 40 or 50 feet, the stone falling on him and killing him. A verdict of accidental death was returned.
