Earl Kimberly, Secretary of State for India. Right Hon. H. Campbell-Bannerman, Secretary of State for War. Right Hon. Sir William Vernon-Har-court, Chancellor of the Exchequer. Marquis of Ripon, First Lord of the Admiralty. Mr John Morley, Chief Secretary for Ireland. Right Hon. A. J. Mundella, President of the Board of Trade. Right Hon. Joseph Chamberlain, President of Local Government Board. Mr Charles Russell, Attorney-General. Right Hon. George Otto Tievelyan, Chief Secretary for Scotland. The Portfolios of the Privy Seal and Postmaster-General have not been filled. (Received February 4, at 10.35 p.m.) It is announced that Mr Trevelyan, Secretary for Scotland, Mr Mundella, President of the Board of Trade, Mr Morley, Secretary for Ireland, will have seats in the Cabinet.
