And further, that every person failing to comply with the above notice will be prosecuted in accordance with "The Dog Registration Act, 1880," which provides— "That any person who shall keep any dog within the Colony of a greater age than six months, for a period of fourteen days, without causing such dog to be registered (and such registration to be again made from year to year), shall be liable to a penalty not exceeding five pounds for every such dog."
